SHUTTLE SERVICE

Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel shuttle service. However, if you would like, for a fee we can have a member of our concierge team arrange a driver to pick you up. We ask that car service is arranged 48 hours in advance. You can reach out team directly by calling (312) 324-4000 or by email sofitelchicago@sofitel.com for assistance in making a car service reservation.

 

PARKING

Yes, we offer valet parking for a fee. Overnight, unlimited in and out access is $84 per day,  0-8 hours is $32 and $20 when dining at our restaurants with validation stamp from the dining outlet (up to 2 hours).

Please note: Oversize or specialty vehicles subject to additional charge.

 

PETS

We are a dog friendly hotel. We have a limit 2 dogs per room (each up to 50lbs) and we do charge a non-refundable $50 cleaning fee per night per pet. If you are planning on visiting us with your dog, please let us know so that we can make the proper arrangements.

 

GUEST PACKAGES

We can receive packages for you prior to and during your stay.

Up to 3 packages received are included in your amenity fee. After 3 packages there is a $5 per package charge that is applied directly to the reservation.

We ask that the name on the packages matches the name on the reservation so that we know we can accept them on your behalf. When you are ready to receive your packages simply contact our Concierge Desk and they will assist you in retrieving / delivering your packages.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in begins at 3pm. Check-out is at noon. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. We welcome you to join our ALL Loyalty Program to enjoy complimentary early check-in and late check-out! Click here to enroll.

 

RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS

All reservations are accepted through Tock. Click here to make your reservation at CDA and Le Bar.

 

IN-ROOM DINING

In-room dining is available daily beginning at 6:30am until 11pm.

 

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Yes, we offer complimentary storage for your luggage prior to check in or check out for as long as you need.

 

REFRIGERATORS AND MICROWAVES

We have refrigerators in every guest room that come stocked with boxed water. We have microwaves we can send to your guest room upon request.

 

ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS

Please call the hotel directly for specific stay accommodations.

 

CONNECTING GUESTROOMS

Yes, connecting guestrooms are available; however, due to limited availability please contact the hotel directly after booking to ensure we add this connecting room request.
